Eligibility for Return/Refund:

  • For personalized products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind).

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

To Request a Return/Refund:

  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:

  • In most cases, return shipping is not required.

  • If necessary, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
